Raluca Graebner specializes in executive coaching and leadership development for blue-chip companies and select non-profits. For the past 15 years she has coached clients and facilitated workshops in North America, UK, Europe, and Asia, supporting leaders at their growth edge to anchor in their inner wisdom and fulfill their full potential.
Raluca’s areas of expertise include personal leadership (helping leaders articulate their vision, values, and take ownership in their lives and careers); building emotional awareness and relational skill; working on presence; and embodied leadership (using neuroscience and somatics to recognize old patterns and create new habits). Driven by her passion to help organizations retain and promote women, part of Raluca’s work in the past 10 years has focused on supporting female executives to lead, succeed and thrive.
Raluca has worked with international organizations, such as Deutsche Bank, Adobe, Microsoft, and Shearman & Sterling LLP, in a range of sectors, including Technology, Media, Consumer Goods, and Professional Services.
She started her career 20 years ago designing and running training programs for volunteers in the U.S. Peace Corps to prepare them to live and work in a different culture. It was her first foray into the world of making the unconscious, conscious: when we become aware of the beliefs and mindsets through which we see the world, we have more space for choice and empathy. This approach still informs her coaching.
Raluca is a published author on the topics of strengths-based leadership and executive development. You can read more of her thought leadership at www.leadership361.com.
She holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from George Washington University, where she also served as faculty. She is a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West, holds a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation and has more than 1,000 hours of coaching experience. She is qualified in several psychometric assessments, including the MBTI and The Leadership Circle. She graduated as a valedictorian with bachelor’s degrees in communications and political sciences from Bucharest universities and speaks Romanian and French.
Raluca is an avid traveler and discoverer of art and nature. After spending significant time in Romania and the US, she now lives in London with her husband, Riley, and their two daughters.
