Richard F. Silvestri is a Director Emeritus at Leadership Research Institute who focuses on leadership and organizational development for senior executives and their firms in financial services and other industries.
Richard is a leading executive coach and management consultant. He works with clients to improve executive and organizational performance through executive coaching, leadership and organizational development, and other consulting and advisory services.
Richard tailors his coaching and consulting closely to the specific environment and demands of the executive’s work, and the values and strategic needs of the organization. He focuses on practical, behavioral development that is related to the “real work“ and needs of executives and their organizations.

Prior to his current practice in leadership and organizational development, Richard worked as a management consultant in business and corporate strategy, and practiced law in the fields of antitrust litigation and commercial law. He published an article, Building Leaders Through Planned Executive Development, in Leader to Leader, Spring 2013.
Richard received an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and an AB in Political Science and Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
Richard has done pro bono work with non-profit organizations in social and community services.
