Vena is a dynamic speaker, facilitator, coach, and trained mindfulness teacher with 20+ years of experience in the legal, corporate, and higher-education sectors. Her leadership coaching and consulting practice focuses on working with leaders, leadership teams, and boards to clarify and effectively communicate vision, engage teams, and develop a workplace that promotes the well-being of employees while maximizing performance.
In her professional work Vena is committed to enhancing the effectiveness of current and aspiring women founders, CEOs, small business owners, entrepreneurs, and leaders who crave time, money and location freedom, and embrace the virtual-first business model. She has expertise in supporting organizations with developing Future of Work strategies and building successful virtual, remote and hybrid teams.
Vena graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and practiced commercial real estate law with large firms in New York and South Florida. She is a Native New Yorker living in Miami with her husband and twin boys. When she’s not working Vena enjoys golf and yoga, and she takes pride in making the best green smoothies.
