LRI has conducted research in order to better understand the impact of credibility on interactions in the workplace. Credibility plays an important role in interpersonal dynamics, and it impacts on how both individual contributors and leaders are perceived within the organization, and on how the organization is perceived and positioned externally.

We work on increasing and enhancing the credibility of individuals and of organizations, both inside and outside the organization.

We work with organizations on ways to increase their credibility both as leaders and for the organization at large
