The Leadership Circles Program™ was initially designed as a program to engage, develop and retain top talent. Since the program was launched in 2009, Leadership Circles has also generated impressive results for our clients, including measurable gains in Leader productivity, Sales increases of up to 75% and accelerated performance which placed Leaders into the top 5% of their organizations. The Program
The Core Content of Leadership Circles is built around a philosophy of Personal Leadership. Leaders learn the proven practices of effective leaders that help them improve performance and maximize business results. In the Leadership Circles Program, participants:

Fully Customizable
The Leadership Circles Program is an extended program that typically extends over the course of a year but can be customized in its duration to fit the needs of your company. At the same time, the content and delivery of the program can be customized and adapted. For example, many clients have focused their programs on Women Leaders or High Potential Leaders.
