Rose Beauchamp is an Associate Consultant at the Leadership Research Institute (LRI), and an experienced trainer, coach and facilitator, who specializes in helping business leaders communicate with confidence and success.
Rose works with clients to build their communication, management and leadership skills, enabling them to inspire others, deliver results, create strong teams and rise confidently to the challenges they face.
Rose combines communications and training expertise with an understanding of business and the realities of leadership and management. She focuses on helping clients build confidence as well as skills, by identifying, harnessing and building on their strengths. Her approach draws on a wide range of disciplines including neuroscientific and linguistic research, and practical techniques from the world of theatre and performance.

Rose’s clients include major international corporations and international professional services firms, as well as start-ups and public sector organizations. She has worked with a range of industries including financial services, healthcare, aerospace, heavy industry, consumer goods and luxury fashion.
She is also a Senior Associate Tutor at Oxford University’s Department of Continuing Education.
A former Senior Expert at McKinsey & Company, Rose draws on over 15 years’ experience working with leaders of global transformation programs, turnarounds and multi-billion-dollar mergers. Rose has worked with clients from the board room to the shop floor and the front line – including FTSE-100 CEOs, emergency doctors, and submarine commanders.
Rose is a certified Personal and Executive Coach and a qualified practitioner in MBTI and Strengths Profile. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the International Association of Facilitators. She holds a First Class honours degree in English Language and Literature from Oxford University. While working at McKinsey & Company she was twice named one of McKinsey’s most inspirational UK leaders.
Outside of work, Rose is a keen gardener and cyclist, an avid theatre-goer, a fan of sumo wrestling and an enthusiastic traveler. She lives in rural Somerset in the West of England with her husband.
