Colleen Fiser

Colleen Fiser is a Consulting Associate at the Leadership Research Institute (LRI) who provides project and program management services to both LRI colleagues and clients.

Strategies and Services 

  • Day-to-day management of projects, programs, and operations. 
  • Collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders to plan and execute the project vision, while also making necessary adjustments to ensure the project stays on track and outcomes meet expectations.
  • Establish and improve essential systems and processes to enhance quality control for future project success. 
  • Management of team member recruitment, onboarding, and training aligned with departmental values and industry standards.

I’m a big believer in planning for success – I capture the overall strategic picture and build the steps to achieve it. My natural strengths consist of execution, harmony, and maximization – which speak to my ideals of structure, consistency, accountability, collaboration, and leveraging one another’s strengths to create something extraordinary.
