Mónica has worked with senior leaders and teams across Fortune 100 companies, global organizations, and diverse industries. She brings a strong business foundation from her background in banking, finance, and strategic leadership, enabling her to translate insight into practical application.
She is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership Coaching program and teaches Executive Coaching across Latin America. Mónica is certified in leading assessment tools and is passionate about continuous learning, regularly participating in world-class leadership programs to expand her perspective on leadership and human development.
Mónica lives in Costa Rica with her husband and four children.
