Notably, Terry has developed, facilitated, and coached in Women’s Leadership Programs for numerous global organizations, has conducted and advised culture assessment and transformation initiatives, and has developed leadership learning opportunities to develop and strategize DEI objectives and initiatives.

Terry has worked with leaders and teams at Chief, Adobe, The World Bank Group, Capital One, Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Freddie Mac, the National Security Administration(NSA), Customs Border Protection (CBP), National Park Service (NPS), RAND, Booz Allen Hamilton, SKF, Air Products, and numerous health care facilities and organizations such as MedStar, several hospitals in the Maryland and Washington DC area.
Terry takes pride in having developed, facilitated, and coached in numerous leadership development programs, including an inaugural Women’s Leadership Program for a global organization. Additionally, she has played a vital role in conducting and advising culture assessment and transformation initiatives and developing leadership learning opportunities aligned with DEI objectives and initiatives. One of her core passions is supporting leaders in creating inclusive and safe environments for all individuals.
Terry holds a Professional Coaching Certification from the International Coach Federation and has earned degrees and certificates from esteemed institutions such as Fielding Graduate University, Johns Hopkins University (Change Management), Georgetown University (Leadership Coaching), Northwestern University (Leading DEI), and Veritas Culture (Certified DEI Facilitator).
Terry is an amateur gardener, avid reader, enthusiastic traveler, and passionate learner. Terry and her husband, David, live in Maryland, where he is a dedicated high school teacher. They have two adult sons.
